Hello again! I'm Sergio, and along with my team, we will be your hosts on this adventure

My mission is to ensure you have an unforgettable and, above all, safe experience. I will personally be leading the pack throughout the journey, setting the pace and making sure no one is left behind

You will also find me accompanying you at the cenote, coordinating every detail so your only worry is enjoying the water. My team and I will be attentive to everything you need from the very first minute until the activity concludes

After so many kilometers on the trail, I'm answering the most common questions people have before heading out on an ATV adventure through the jungle

1. Do I need to make a payment in advance to secure my reservation?

If your group has fewer than 5 people, you don't have to pay anything upfront. My policy is built on total trust: you make your reservation, and you pay directly at the moment you board the transportation. It's that simple no deposits or complications before your trip begins

2. What payment methods do you accept? Can I pay with cash or card?

Cash is our preferred method of payment, as it is the quickest and easiest way when you board the transportation

3. Is there a safe place where I can store my things during the tour?

Of course! When we enter the cenote, there are lockers available so you can leave your belongings and swim with peace of mind. For the rest of the journey, my personal recommendation is to bring a backpack so your things are always with you and within reach at all times. It’s the most practical way to enjoy the experience worry-free!

4. What are the essentials I should bring for the tour?

Take note of my list of basics so you can enjoy the experience to the fullest: first are your towel and swimsuit. Since we’ll be heading deep into the jungle, mosquito repellent is a must. I recommend bringing old clothes and shoes, because you can be sure they will get dirty, and a bandana to protect your face from dust during the ride. Finally, don't forget to bring cash to cover your payment when you board and for any extra expenses you might want along the way

This week looks incredible for heading out into the jungle: sunshine and clear skies on the horizon. Although no rain is expected, you know that nature rules in the Caribbean, so please let's stay in touch via WhatsApp to check the exact conditions on the day of your reservation

ATVs are for everyone

If you think this tour will be boring because you already have ATV experience, think twice: our trails are intense, challenging, and packed with curves, mud, and bumps that will keep your adrenaline pumping. Whether you're an expert driver or it's your first time, my team and I adapt the pace to your level, providing all the support you need to master the terrain and enjoy every second of the 60-minute jungle trek until we reach our spectacular cenote

To experience the adventure to the fullest, I recommend driving your own ATV, although our vehicles are spacious enough for two people and you can take turns at the wheel halfway through if you prefer. Just a heads-up: come prepared to get seriously dirty, as mud and dust are an essential part of the fun so bring old clothes and shoes that you don't mind staining. It's a thrilling experience you have to live for yourself to understand why you'll end the day with the biggest smile of your vacation

Stunning underground cenote

Halfway through the tour, we'll stop at a crystal-clear cenote that feels frozen in time. It is a refreshing and safe experience for all ages, as the clarity of the water allows you to see the bottom at all times, putting any fears at rest. You’ll be left speechless as you explore its stunning natural formations, such as stalactites and stalagmites, which give this underground cave a mystical and almost untouched atmosphere

While the site preserves its untouched natural beauty, it features proper lighting so you can appreciate every detail of this otherworldly environment. To make the most of this refreshing dip, don't forget to bring a backpack with your towel and swimsuit ready from the start. It’s the perfect moment to relax and connect with nature before heading back into the jungle for more adrenaline

Ziplines

For those looking to literally take their adrenaline to new heights, we offer the option to add a 4-line zipline circuit that soars over the jungle. It's a spectacular ride where you'll have breathtaking views from the treetops, giving you a unique perspective of the entire ecosystem in a setting of pure adventure. If you want to see exactly what it's like, just click the WhatsApp icon in the bottom corner and we'll gladly send you a video so you can feel the excitement before you even arrive!

This activity is completely optional, so if you prefer to keep your feet on the ground, that's no problem at all. While the rest of the group soars through the air, you can relax in our comfortable hammock area located right at the base of the zipline. We want everyone to experience the tour at their own pace, whether that's challenging the heights or enjoying a well-deserved break in the middle of nature

Mexican Snack

To top it all off, a delicious Mexican snack awaits you the perfect reward after your physical exertion in the jungle. You'll enjoy a serving of rice, beans, chilaquiles, and two crispy 'tacos dorados', accompanied by a refreshing pitcher of lime water. After all the adrenaline and effort, this snack will be the highlight of your day, allowing you to recharge your energy and savor the best of our land in a relaxed and satisfying atmosphere

Tulum Pickup Logistics

To optimize travel times, we have established strategic meeting points throughout the area. If you are staying at an Airbnb or a private residence, we will assign the closest meeting point to your location:

Important Note: We offer private transportation service directly from your accommodation doorstep for groups of 7 people or more

Our expedition base is strategically located near Xel-Ha, specifically at kilometer 240 of the Tulum Cancun Highway, in a vast area designed to enjoy the jungle to the fullest. Access is via a 10-minute jungle dirt road that will slowly immerse you in nature. We are just 20 minutes from Tulum (15 kilometers), making us the perfect getaway

If you are staying in Playa del Carmen

Playacar

If you are staying in Playacar, we'll come to you! We offer direct pickup from the lobbies of all hotels in the area. Whether you are at any of the Riu resorts (Lupita, Tequila, Yucatan, Palace), Sandos Playacar, Viva Wyndham, or hotels like Royal Hideaway and Allegro, we guarantee your pickup right at the main entrance

Playa del Carmen Downtown

Getting around with us is easy! Our transportation route covers 10th Avenue up to 50th Street. If you are staying at a hotel on 5th Avenue, don't worry! Since it’s a pedestrian-only zone, you’ll only need to walk a few steps to one of our nearby meeting points, such as these:

Riviera Maya Coverage (North & South)

We have an extensive transportation network covering the main hotel complexes on the outskirts of Playa del Carmen. We provide direct pickup service at properties such as

We are located just 45 minutes from Playa del Carmen. Getting here is very simple: a 35-minute drive south on the highway (52 kilometers) followed by the final 10 minutes on a rustic road that leads directly to our facilities near Xel-Ha. We chose this location to guarantee you a vast and private ATV area, far away from the tourist crowds

Special Departures from Cancun

Due to our strategic location and to ensure the best transportation experience, we offer scheduled departures from Cancun exclusively on Mondays and Fridays. We recommend securing your spot in advance for these specific days

Cancun Hotel Zone

We have an extensive transportation network in the Cancun Hotel Zone, providing pickup services at the vast majority of its resorts. We offer direct collection from the lobbies of prestigious hotels such as Fiesta Americana, Marriott, Paradisus, and Park Royal, among others

Downtown

For guests located in downtown Cancun, our strategic meeting point is the Smart Oasis Hotel. This location serves as our logistics hub where all reservations gather to begin the tour punctually.

Other departure locations

If you are staying in Costa Mujeres, Puerto Juarez, or Puerto Morelos, please message us directly. We review each hotel's location individually to offer you the best pickup option. We are ready to help you schedule your departure!

What to bring

As this is an expedition into the heart of the jungle, we recommend bringing insect repellent and wearing clothes and shoes that you don't mind getting dirty. Get ready for an authentic adventure: depending on the weather, the trails can be dusty or muddy, so we suggest avoiding luxury clothing or brand-new footwear

To ensure your comfort throughout the adventure, we suggest preparing the following:

• Sun hat or cap
• Light, comfortable clothing (since there is plenty of walking and temperatures average 25-30°C, it can get quite hot)
• Comfortable walking shoes (sneakers or sturdy sandals)
• A backpack to keep your belongings together
• Sunscreen
• Sunglasses
• Towels
• Camera
• Insect repellent
• Swimsuit (can be worn under your clothes for extra convenience)
• An extra change of clothes
• Cash for souvenirs, professional photos, or food

Payment methods

We offer several flexible payment options! However, our guest's preferred choice is paying in cash on the day of the tour. This is more convenient for you and saves you the 5% bank commission fee. We accept both Pesos and US Dollars

• Cash is preferred: Pesos, US Dollars, or Euros (**Restrictions apply**)
• OXXO cash deposits, etc. (At least 2 days in advance)
• Electronic bank transfers (At least 2 days in advance)
• PayPal (Subject to a 4% processing fee) (At least 2 days in advance)
• Credit Cards (Visa or MasterCard only)

Cancellation policy

We maintain a zero-deposit policy for individual bookings. However, for group reservations, we require a security deposit based on the following criteria:

• Cancellations 24 hours in advance: No penalty
• No Show: No refund

Restrictions

This excursion requires participants to be in good physical condition

General restrictions are as follows:

• Payment on the day of the excursion applies only to groups of fewer than 4 people. If you make two separate bookings, we cannot guarantee you will be placed in the same group
• The use of cell phones while driving is strictly prohibited
• Keep both hands on the handlebars at all times
• Maintain a safe distance between ATVs
• Pregnant women are not allowed to participate
• Minimum driving age: 16 years old with a valid driver's license; must be accompanied by an adult
• Minimum age for passengers is 10 years old
• Maximum weight limit: 300 lbs or 136 kg
• Minimum weight requirement: 90 lbs or 40 kg
• It is important to arrive at the meeting point on time out of respect for other guests; remember, this is a shared excursion
• Minors under 18 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult
• Participants under the obvious influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed to board
• Not recommended for pregnant women or individuals with back or neck problems.
• Must be in good physical and emotional health
• Please maintain a spirit of tolerance and respect toward others
